Texas A&M adds QB Conner Weigman to availability report for Week 3

Texas A&M is gearing up for its first road game of the season and a crucial SEC opener in Week 3. However, it’s possible the Aggies head into that matchup without their starting quarterback.
On Thursday, the Aggies released their SEC-mandated availability report for the game. This is the first year the league is requiring availability reports for conference games, and Conner Weigman was included as “questionable” for the game.

According to the SEC’s criteria, a “questionable” designation means a player is uncertain to play/50% chance to play in the upcoming game.

 

Lagway is banged up. Mertz is banged up. The OL is almost certainly getting a reshuffle.

Start Warner, and leave him in until the OL settles down and shows it can block the A&M pass rush.

I don’t think timing is weird. Like it or not, Emmitt doesn’t make it to Gainesville too often and IIRC relationship with the university isn’t great.

I thought the same thing, but even Barber struggled some against Samford. We are just not going to be very good on the OL this year. Barber is no Cybo, just one of the better ones we have.
