Pre-Game Discussion: FSU week!!!

I understand, thought about that too.
Thinking/Hoping he emphasizes the importance of what this game means for the program as I have to believe he did for the last 2 games.

 

I think that this team may be wired differently. They have fought and cratched so hard this year to finally break through. I think that they will finish the job and take back Ron Zook Field. GO GATORS!

 

Too much PTSD for me still.

I always worry when we go to that hell hole.

The freshman QB has great mobility and a rocket arm. We need to get to him, but contain him and force the type of errors that he's prone to make.

I hope we get full Lagway and can start incorporating some designed QB runs. Add this element and things start really opening up.

We'll need to withstand the initial onslaught. Hope there's lots of O&B in the stands.

 

I’ve been burnt in Tallahassee too many times. I don’t care what the score is as long as we get the W. You know with the recruiting situation norvell is going to pull out all the stops.

 

Yes - should be many O&B. I was thinking about flying down there myself to go with a friend. Hope those nasty cowgirls aren't there. Anyone know where they sit? So I can avoid them?

Agree. I do realize some will get their feelings hurt but this turn around is not all, even mostly, because the staff improved. For me, it's to the credit of the players. So glad our Defense went to his office and probably demanded a change. Our players are not going to let fsu slide into a win.

 

Seems unlikely they can do anything but those of us around in the 90s still have some mental scarring.

 

Red rooster shouldn't have been able to do anything either and we know how that ended up

 

Of course those FSU teams in the 90s were pretty much ranked top 3 every time we were there

 

Maybe waiting for the coach's transfer portal to open so he could get the hell out of Dodge?

 

This clown team and the one that the Rooster played on are VASTLY different. The team that the Rooster was on was a bunch of highly recruited Florida kids that had been there awile and HATED the Gators more than anything. This SOW team is a bunch of hired guns that are already looking to move on.

Any good info on him or expectations on how good or bad he should be Saturday night?
