They don’t care about beating us. They will come out flat and disinterested. It’ll be a walk in the park.

It’s not straight math, we win the motivation carries through the season and we play up, we lose the team deflates and we lose games we could otherwise win.
I think that point was obvious to the casual reader.

Not really sure what the personality of this team is yet?
Just not certain what team shows up today?
We laid an egg in Utah, beat a cupcake at home then got up for a rival game at home and won.
Have only poor results to compare us in an away game.
Last weeks game was a real disappointment.
Hoping that was a result of looking forward to this game.
Kentucky has beat us the last few years because their program was in better condition than ours.
I am hoping this team is ready for a fight.
Can stomach losing if we are beaten by a better team.
Can't stomach losing when we look like we're not ready to play!!!

    GO GATORS!

We had a fun flight to Lexington yesterday. On the connection from Atlanta, Mertz' parents were sitting in the row in front of us, and the gator cheerleaders were on board too.

Heading over to the stadium soon.

Or, if we lose this game, we come together as a team and go undefeated the rest of the way! So really, a loss to Kentucky is worth 4 wins!!!

No, KC. We were just on the same connecting leg from ATL to LEX.

The first 4 games were all at night. I know Billy said they adjusted their schedule all week to prepare for a noon game. It will be interesting to see what kind intensity level they have though. Have never liked noon games for a multitude of reasons.

This is a big game for Mertz, imho, his arm and decision making will need to be on point today.

When asked about the noon start, Stoops said he had all the faith in the world that Kentucky fans would get up early to start drinking.

Turns out that the Utah team that beat us may not be all that. They were dismantled by Oregon State last night.
