Don't post much anymore, but wanted to share my thoughts. Noticed some asking about potential portal targets... The numbers are a bit concerning IMO, but remember Kelly basically announced all her transfers at once last season. We definitely need 2-3 forwards/centers. There are a few names I would watch here: Mila Reynolds- 6'3 Guard/Forward FR last year at Maryland . *Her sister Amiyah is a Maryland decommit for the 2023 class and would be a name to watch as well ... 6'0 Guard announcing soon. Sakima Walker is a 6'4 Post out of JUCO. Plays at NWF and was at Rutgers briefly... Zippy could make us a surprise player here I think. Jordan Wood is a 6'2 F and 2023 decommit from Michigan State. Aneesah Morrow-6'1 Soph in the portal out of DePaul. Everyone wants her. Announces Top 3 soon... *Darrione Rogers is a teammate in the portal as well..5'11 JR Guard. With the departures on the roster and staff, now is a big opportunity for Kelly to make some noise. I don't know if we have a good chance or not at these girls, but any 2 of the 4 would give Florida an extremely talented team next season. With the coaching vacancy I would love to see us go get Murriel Page back in Gainesville.
The Reynolds chose Purdue and Woods went with Duke. If we are getting anyone it'll likely be soon. Rosters everywhere are filling up fast.
Can take Morrow off the list as well... didn't make the Top 3. Really hope Kelly finds some posts for next season because right now we are hurting there. I'm sure there are some roster fillers left, just not sure how many impact transfers are left out there.
Never even knew there was a South Georgia Tech program named the “Jets”. Interesting transfer. Me if best lower division players in country with some International basketball game experience as well

Well, the roster is now up to 13 including 1 walk-on (Clausen) I believe. It would be nice if they could add some front court depth. It gets rather old watching them getting killed on the boards when playing P5 competition.
I don't really count walk-ons. Love Paige's heart but she isn't really a factor on the court. We really need 2 more front court players. I don't know where we find them this late in the game though. This seems like a move that says we are going guard heavy most of the time.
why are we taking another guard who could barely get on the court at Miamuh and scored 1 pt a game is my question?
