That reply addresses literally nothing of what I said in my post. But thanks for repeating yourself.

Yes you were a separate life. You were connected to your mother. But you were not your mother at conception. Your life development began at conception separate from your mother and her development.

If your mom allowed you to develop to birth and decided to birth you. And then leave you...you would be dead shortly after.

Really? So I could be transfered to another mother at that stage? Or put into some other place? If not, I am literally not separate. I notice you are still avoiding answering whether you think chromosomes and DNA are the defining features of human life. Why?

Again, do we define a person as living if they have no heartbeat and no brain activity? No. If someone is hooked up to a machine to keep a heart beating, and there is zero brain activity, do we charge someone for murder if they decide to pull the plug? Again, no.

Humans are also not parasitic. A zygote/fetus up to around 20 weeks is fully and completely dependent upon the mother for life. Would we force a person to give up an organ to keep another alive? What gives us the right to force the mother to keep her pregnant? Does she not have a say what goes on with her own body? Why do all other humans have body autonomy, but not the pregnant woman?

Of course, the practical reality is, making things illegal that doesn't do anything to demand results in either a work around to fill demand legally. Or the growth of a black market. Again, just as Prohibition didn't stop people from drinking, and drug laws have failed to stop people from taking drugs, all current abortion restrictions have done is cause women to move from one state to another to get a legal abortion. If all 50 states had restrictions, women would go to Canada, Mexico, or elsewhere. And if they couldn't afford it, some will look for a "back alley."

Absolutely DNA and Chromosomes define each and every one of us. It is absolutely a way to show how you were not your mother at conception. You were separate life from your mother at conception and began your development at that point to where you are today.

Well this bag of DNA and chromosomes happens to believe that life is a bit more complicated to define than from DNA and chromosomes. However, all those cancer cells that are now distinct lives (that is the word that you are looking for here, not separate) might be intrigued about your thoughts.

Many of the states with the most restrictive abortion laws provide the least support for new or expectant single mothers.

No doubt cancer cells attack people.

Name the state that made ALL abortions illegal. All I need is one... other wise your sieve like argument is a moot point.

Here is a great way to help support mothers before and after birth here in Ocala…

    Women's Pregnancy Center

Amazing that government does not have to be the one and only answer.

And have separate DNA. And are, therefore, separate people!

6 week abortion bans are practically a total ban on abortions. The earliest you can know you are pregnant is at 4 weeks and that assumes you check the day after your period is due. Most places that perform abortions won’t bother because that is such a short window and they may worry about the liability of providing the abortion was done before 6 weeks.

Were you capable of an existence separate and apart from your mother?

Although there have been cases in which an extremely premature baby has survived at 22 weeks weeks of gestation (the record for the earliest surviving preemie is 21 weeks and one day), 24 weeks is generally considered the period of gestation after which a premature baby is considered to be capable of surviving outside of the womb and that's with considerable support.

If no other capable adult cared for you. Biological dependence effectively ends at 24 weeks.

This is some real mental gymnastics right here.

Your life began at conception. At that point you began developing to the where you are today.

Using your logic…you are not capable of existence without support for years after birth.

You existed at conception. A separate life from your mother. You began developing at that moment to the where you are today. There were many years that you were not capable of existing without the support of others including your mother. There was a nine monthish stretch where your mother certainly was the one person protecting you during the earliest stages of your development.

Just because your mother was integral in the first nine monthsish of your development. Does not change the fact it was years before you were capable of exiting on your own.

We should not allow the killing of the most innocent for convenience. And that is the reason the vast vast majority of the time.

Just using your logic. If that is mental gymnastics, that is an interesting admission.

Is there somewhere that I can apply for a conception certificate, since that is when my life actually began, rather than this stupid birth certificate?

The sad thing is you know your life began at conception. That is when you began to develop to where you are today. But you want to try and justify killing the most innocent legally for convenience.

It really is a heartbreaking reality!
