Post Game Texas A&M

TAMU was a nice rebound win and brought some positives.

UF certainly was not a great football team, especially early, but they have lost to some decent teams.

Need to beat USCe and Vandy to really get some MOJO going against FSwho.

Odd how UF seems to be playing the best ball on the road, which hopefully continues against Vandy and FSU.

 

Do we have any idea where he will go in the draft? Hoping he gets PAID!

 

Here is how razor thin the difference has been this year.

We are one TD per win away from being 2-7 vs 5-4. We are also one TD away from being 6-3. So our record at 5-4 is actually reality. We are a 5-4 team and fortunate to be so.

My sons HS football team won three games this year, all decided by either a FG or extra point in the last 30 seconds of those games......... and that was in the first 4 games of the year.

Finished at 6 - 5.

Narrowly had a winning season.

Finished 6-4
Lost one on the road after a huge rain delay by 5 when he got knocked out driving for the go ahead score.
Lost one by 13 with 3 Wide open TD drops and got zip.
Lost one in OT to the district champs
Lost one by 2 due to 2 missed xp and a dropped TD pass.
That loss kept them out of the playoffs.

other games they won by 3 scores.

Tough year for the Senior QB on a run heavy team.

 

I think it's been much longer for me. I think the last game I went to was UF - ball lickers in the late nineties in Jax. I am getting so pathetically old.

 

UF should figure out a way to pay him if the NFL won't.

 

AF Captain I worked with was an A&M alum and he told me all about the bonfire and other rituals (I refrain from saying cultlike). He is a good guy but I never really thought about how weird their schtick was with the faux military cadet stuff. It is really weird.

 

You have to take a number and stand in line to be considered pathetically old around here.
