If he's not back next year it means he's gone into the portal. No way no how is he going to be drafted as a qb in the NFL based on his performance this year. To think he will is plain nuts.

If you told me AR would throw for 60 yards and ran for 40, I would have thought we lost the game. But we won. I hope he realizes that he doesn’t have to do everything himself and just relax and play ball. He’s too hard on himself.

He's injury prone and he knows it. He's still considered a high first round pick. He's going to do as little as possible so as to not reveal his many deficiencies.

To be fair, it is his first year as a starter. He is learning, but I also think sometimes this gets to core of the problem. Just go out and have fun playing the game. There are times he goes through progression beautifully, then the next it is a mess.

Doing little as possible is a deficiency in itself is it not? And a big one at that. At some point he's gonna have to prove he can play to a 1st rnd level consistently. He only has just over 200 total career pass attempts. As the season goes on I see people telling him straight and telling him he would benefit the most by coming back for another year. His lack of experience and polish at the position will cost him 1st rnd money so it may even be financially advantageous for him to return to UF with a good NIL deal.

Let me clarify, I think he should come back. I don't think he will though. AR has tools and I just have to think someone will be in his ear that he should take the leap. If he goes on a mini tear and starts cooking the last few weeks of the season (South Carolina, Vandy, FSU) I would pretty much lock it in that he is out to NFL.

I can't see him transferring. Seems close with BN and his family is 10 minutes away.

Ok, I wasn’t sure how long the second one was. It would be nice if he could have hit one. If we are going to have a lot of close games, we better hit our field goals.

That is not what James said on GFNB. He said AR is fine in the pocket except when he turns his back to the defense. If he is zeroing in on pearsall, how does shorter have so many yards receiving the last few games. I know you want to blame everything on the quarterback but that’s not the whole story. It’s a combination of the receivers, the offensive scheme, and the quarterback. There is no quick fix. It will take time.

Too many times I have seen two receivers ending their routes within 5-10 yards of one another. Part of me thinks that shouldn’t be happening.

I'm not sure what anyone is thinking regarding AR, but by measure, he's one of the worst QBs in the SEC. This is good for #93 in the Country.

I’ll take 1 penalty for 5 yds! This team is finally playing sound fundamental football and limiting penalties which we haven’t seen in years. It’s all about the progression! I could care less about wins and losses in a rebuild year, I care more about the foundation . Winning football is next!
