AR had a bad game and he knew it. Off the mark, no touch, bad decisions, etc. I think on the 3rd and 22, Rashad Torrence (22) was too busy going after the guy blocking him than to even look at the WR.
The risk of playing a bunch of cupcakes early season and getting over confident. Still think the Rebs win, but being outplayed so far. 20-10 Vandy, almost halftime.
Take an ugly win over a pretty loss any day. I actually thought Mizzou would beat Florida today so very happy with the result. Defense really delivered overall - I thought Mizzou was going to score 30+ points. But I also thought Florida was going to score 30+ and to be fair they were close to 30, just missed two FG.
Hard to believe a 2017 commit is our best LB. Where would we be without him? I would like to think staff is going to turn another two this cycle so that we have a LB class.
1. As an amateur observer, the front 7 on defense seemed to have one of their better games of the season. 2. The soft-coverage on 3rd downs is the hot topic. But in every case, the pass catcher runs past multiple defenders before getting tackled. Either blocked out, poor angles, or missed tackles.
Not to mention, how humiliating, degrading, deflating, to be coached into a position that gives your opponent so much room to make a play? And when they do, you eventually become disgruntled.
Ugly wins starting to feel like 2005. Yeah we could have blown a couple more but could easily be 5-0 with a few more plays and a few less turnovers. The future is bright.
1 penalty for 5 yards feels Bama'ish - the discipline and attention to detail CBN made a point of focus when he arrived.
This is the way Billy wins games. Look at his record in 1 score games prior to coming to UF. Wins a high percentage, but they are always close games. Not a lot of blowouts on his resume. Lot of mail biting in our future. I will take 4 losses this year, as Ed build for the future
i thought with Anthony favoring his right hand, we would give Kitna a chance at a drive or two to make sure he was alright.
AR is actually very good at recognizing coverage, using his eyes, and working progressions. He is not good at classic play action though We employ an offensive scheme that doesn’t use modern route combos and often doesn’t create space
