What I couldn’t understand is why the O line looked so discombobulated? Yes, we loss Torrence but come on. Waits looked like he had never played a game in his life. Oh wait he hasn’t. Thought at least the line would look better.

Feelings about the importance of bowl games not withstanding, making it to one can not possibly be apart of rock bottom. This team could have easily lost to Utah and USF. Had that happened, then maybe entertain rock bottom discussion.

I had less hope for a good season back then, with those two clown coaches. This year was different with AR and the hope that we finally got the miracle worker coach and all....

This years team was historically bad. That means, by definition, it was a worse team than other previous coaches fielded. Just facts man.

I have hope for Nape (and really like him), but technically, this is rock bottom.

To me, the O-line play was THE story of the game. The team needed one good "given" and it laid an egg. I thought it was decent but not elite. This game was a real step back.

This team was poorly coached today. Again.

2018 and 2019 don’t support the ‘rotting ftom the inside’

We keep going after unproven, up-and-coming coaches from smaller schools and we haven't improved one bit in the last dozen years. Look at LSU and USC this year. Last season they were both awful, fired their coaches and went after absolute studs. Result: significant improvement from the get-go and they barely missed the playoff. Both will be forces to be reckoned with for many years to come because of who they hired. This season was total crap for us. Doesn't look like CBN has what it takes.

Coach Napier, you took over a dead program. Good luck resurrecting it, you're going to need it.

This was bad, incredibly bad, pathetic in fact!

Billy’s pedestrian offense is probably my biggest concern. It’s something a lower tier G5 team would run. He’s a lot things, really-really good things, an offensive mastermind is not one of them though, imho.

Did we have enough injured offensive linemen that we had to play Waits?

It was pretty bad. And not sure who actually thought we would win but it is a good idea to create a thread to funnel all the dumb ass takes into one location. A small win.
