He needs ore up-and-coming young coaching talent on his staff... NOW, and never again touch an NFL type coach... ever again. They are leaches trying to learn and NOT DEVELOPING TYPES...

If the recruits give up on him, I’m done. I have hope because the team didn’t quit on him.

I was there. We all rooted for a win, but the losses seemed hilarious. You just got numb to it after a while. Believe me, three 7-loss seasons are better than a winless one, and the year before, we were 4-7. Five wins in two years. Looking back, 1979 was Charley burning down the barn to get rid of the rats (like Bear Bryant did at Texas A&M in 1954), but at the time, we saw no end in sight. Charley's "process" built the modern Gator program, but 0-10-1 was flat horrible.

One big concern I have with Billy is he seems stubborn to make changes with anything...stubborn with coaching staff and responsibilities, stubborn with playing the same players...why not try someone other than George at tackle? Stubborn with the same play designs (remember when Spurrier played Bama with those great ends and he came in with some wrinkles and chipped them with backs and tight ends). You can't be so dug in that you can't adjust when needed. He has to know that the product he has put on the field is not acceptable at a program like UF. We are all hoping things turn around but if he doesn't make changes I fear it will not.

Some teachers have no business being teachers. I don’t know these two coaches, but their students’ pass rate isn’t good. Maybe they are great teachers, but great teachers seem to have a way to reach their students. Haven’t seen such evidence the last two years. Plenty of blame to go around it seems.

The ONLY goodwill he currently has with Gator Nation is based entirely on recruiting.

Lose the top 5 class or any top players from the roster to the portal, and that goodwill flies out the window.

Brown was comfortable enough with the playbook for him to call a double lateral flea flicker...I would think he could handle a couple roll outs or a screen pass.

Played over their heads first Q and an half….entire game changed on a 17yrd loss…played same ol’ same on the Q4…, settling for missed FG on early drives kept them from wining when they reverted to their true selves.

sadly I can still talk myself into thinking they are a few key players away…replacing a few players with just league average players and the season is totally different

When we pay teachers multi million dollars, let's hold em accountable for multi million dollar results.

In the meantime, I'm not holding a multi millionaire who's salary I help support, to random school teacher standards.

It does, actually. You ever been benched for not listening or making dumb decisions? It sucks.

At this level it can realistically cost millions in future NFL earnings too.

They have a much more disgusting history of dbag players that never faced any real consequences. They don’t seem to have a “for cause clause” that I hope we always have. That opens up recruiting and portal opportunities that are too risky for us, it seems. They got lucky with the portal this year. Maybe we can going into next year.

Look you got to be prepared, got to have an excuse lined up. Preparation is the key to (un)success.

Maybe you are right but they obviously spent time practicing the flea flicker and maybe they should have spent more time practicing other pass plays.

The recruits will give up on him if the fans call for him to be fired. We’re Florida lol so the whining will be loud and furious. Hopefully he can overcome it and hold the class. I have my doubts. Florida fans would be more than delighted to keep changing coaches every two or three years forever. We love to suffer.
