Why not let Russ Calloway call the offense? Google what his offense did at Samford. Coach Napier could keep his two offensive line coaches and maybe we could see something more resembling a modern college offense. Everyone is a winner and no one is let go. I believe if this scenario worked, CBN would be a whole lot happier and more likely to last much longer as a head coach of a major program. Burnout is real even with successful coaches. Spurrier and Meyer both experienced wear and tear from the demands of UF fans.
Just start getting the game plan ready for KY. It's important for UF to win an important SEC East game on the road. Besides, should UF win I can E-Mail Stewart Mandel and remind him of his ignorance.
The confidence of your ignorance is astounding. Listing teams that have 5* talent AND functioning offenses in no way counters the argument that if you need 5* talent to run your offense, it sucks. I could list 91 teams that are averaging more points per game, do we have the 92nd best talent level? However, since we are going to use anecdotal evidence to create conclusive conclusions like morons lets talk about Washington. Washington is averaging 467 yards passing per game without a single 5* on their roster. They have magically managed to conjure almost 50 points per game too, but dOn'T Let tRuthS diSAGreE wiTH YoUR NarrATIVE.
I did. It was bad, to say the least. I’m not worried about ETN not so many Carrie’s this week. He had a career high in Carries last week, first time with more than 20, in a very physical game. I wouldn’t put it past this staff to rest him some vs Charlotte and give him a huge load next week in another physical tilt at UK. guys like Eguakan and Odom didn’t play at all.
Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. CBN is an astute follower of the game. At some point, he might decide to try a different approach. Saban adapted. CBN will eventually. The question is how long will it take?
The was only the punt with 10 guys and CBN addressed that and debunked the reporter who said they were short a man on a field goal. He said they were ok with 10 guys on the punt because of the circumstances and the play ended well for us. But.it want mentioned in game and I didn't see it.
That's BS and you know it. Defense looked good. We moved the ball well all night until we got into the red zone. Mertz looked good, as usual. Pearsall made the best catch I've ever seen in person. Not saying I'm happy with the overall performance against that team, but, c'mon man. Between the half game suspensions and injuries, we were missing at least five starters on offense.
I go back to the 2 fumbles. The one by Douglas specifically was a 1st down till the ball came out. Momentum killers for sure
Not happening this season if they win 6+ games...less than that I can see the brain trust twisting his arm
Washington has a Heisman Candidate from last year as a QB what are you talking about Penix Jr. Is one of the best QB's in the nation. Being rated 5* and being a 5* talent are not the same. I think it goes without saying that if you're a Heisman candidate at QB you're a 5 star talent, just like those who were rated 5 stars amd can't beat put 3 stars like cormani are not 5 star talents unless you believe the recruiting services are an exact science and there are only about 20-25 five stars talents each year in the entire country out of thousands of players.
