Only they're not real Pubs they're Republicans in Name Only (RINOs). Virtually every prominent politician who has refused to back Trump has been excommunicated by the party, see Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger and Mitt Romney and as far as rank and file Republicans are concerned the primaries tell it all. Trump won virtually every Republican primary most by very significant margins.

I did. Not sure whether it was a slip by the Donald (remember Trump's reference to his White House physician Dr. Ronnie Johnson) or whether it was an intentional demeaning attack on Biden intended to ridicule him, I tend to think that it was the latter.

Yeah, I could believe either one is true.

Trump did get mixed up in his response to Biden‘s beating Medicare, by saying “yes, he did beat Medicaid.” The next sentence he reverted to Medicare.

Pressure on Biden really ratcheting up. Initial wave of public support giving way to private calls of concern. I really dont know how he pulls out of this.

IMO this likely has something to do with polling coming out today seeming to show Harris doing better against Trump than Biden

That's a traitor, fader and an instigator.
Is there a marquee name amongst those 3?

CNN Poll: Most voters think Democrats have a better chance of keeping White House if Biden isn’t the nominee | CNN Politics

This isn’t good for Biden but I’m sure they will spin it as it could be worse.

Biden’s poll numbers haven’t moved a ton, but at this point I would say his upside has been compressed. Previously given enough time my theory was voters would sour on Trump. But now with Biden having such high negatives I don’t think those voters go running to Biden.

The people who “knew” were also saying this crap 4 years ago, when Biden made Trump look the fool in the debates, and somehow ignore all the crazy shit Trump says and has done on a consistent basis.

Obviously Biden was a shitshow in this one, but I don’t think crying wolf for 4 years deserves an atta boy.

    Yes on Brandon.
I recently became aware that pressure on the spine from vertebral disc bulges, especially the upper third of the spine, can adversely affect the transmission of commands to the legs and arms and other functions including gait and balance. Perhaps that has affected how Biden walks and falls and seems stiff. Apparently the solution is removal of the discs and fusion of the vertebrae with titanium supports to hopefully allow the spine to “breathe” and communicate better. Hopefully the titanium is from a source with better QA/QC than Boeing’s supplier.

If seeing Biden read from a teleprompter that he “believes with all his heart and soul that he can do the job” doesn’t reassure the American people, I mean, what more can ole Joe do?

Over the next few months, I doubt you’ll see Biden’s people allow him to speak too often without a scripted speech and via a teleprompter. Apparently Biden spoke for six minutes at a fundraiser tonight and blamed travel for his debate fiasco despite the fact he was basically sequestered at Camp David for a week preparing. How is this charade still allowed to go on?

Honest question, if Romney had ran and won the nomination would you vote for him over Biden in his current state?

    Any one can comment.

That is because even if you agree with every single Biden idea and policy, you can clearly see he's not mentally and physically up to the rigors of holding down the presidency for another 4 and a half years. That's the difference. And that does present a constitutional crisis. You can say all the mean things about Trump you want, but constitutionally, he is yet to be disqualified. If Biden isn't a 25th Amendment case, then they may as well just strike that amendment from our Constitution, because it's useless.

Trump has his own very specific challenges that make him unfit for office, which is worse IMO than anything I saw from Biden in the debate stage. We will disagree on this, and that is fine.

You didn’t ask me, but yes I’d vote for Romney over present day Biden. Same for Chris Christie, Larry Hogan and Nikki Haley.
