Who will you vote for potus? | Swamp Gas Forums

Most of the Trump supporters tucked their tail and ran away to a safe message board years ago. What's left here are legitimate left folks, a whole lot of never-trumpers, and some people who don't like facts.

I think improved training would go a long way for law enforcement. It's a tough ass job and they received very minimal training for it, especially compared to other 1st world countries.

    I’m sure they do.

These two are just shit heads and need to be canned and have charges brought. (based on the current video).

Didn't say you did. You called "people" whiners, as in the people posting on TH.
Didn't say you picked fights. I said that you engaged in conflicts, as in the arguments you initiated (again unsolicited) with @citygator and at least one other.
I'm not here to keep records or scores, but my observations were factual.

Ever been in the 'Den? ;)

Edit: You must be quoting O&B there. Bluke's blocked.

I agree, but it’s still such a paradox imo. “Here’s a gun, but you probably shouldn’t use it!” Everything is deescalation now, and I certainly agree with it, but to what extent? How many more officers would it have taken to peacefully remove the guy in the video, in a stadium? How many officers are available? Now do this for every 911 call that comes in. Are there enough officers? How many 911 calls come in daily across the USA? How long, and how many resources are needed for each incident?

Guys, some of the confusion is that this thread was merged with one, maybe two other threads. One of the them came from the Den and maybe one from Swamp Gas. When threads are merged they are put in time order, meaning the time they were posted. That could be causing some of the confusion.

Nope. Mine was gone and it was first just on dumb luck and the second vid I found while searching YT for more video. I found the second video when it had only 100 views and then it had millions. I even called and sent to IA both videos to the JSO and they didn’t have that one yet. IA is closed but the supervisor at JSO was very thankful and understandably frustrated with it.

I kept editing the OP so it didn’t even have a correct time stamp. Plus we were talking about it just minutes after the game. Oddly my girlfriend is the one who sent it to me and I didn’t see it until an hour after she sent it to me. I was sure it would be here somewhere but it wasn’t.

I’m done caring but I was in multiple conversations but since this place isn’t overwritten with extreme right only, fine to have the conversation anyway. All good.

Call back up. And what about THE OTHER video? This is two guys acting in a dangerous for everyone way 2 times in the same couple hours. The old man video is just enough and the good ole boy video they escalated that where everyone could have been injured or killed. He fell down the stadium ffs.

What I actually saw( didn’t watch on a video) were Georgia fans who were pretty damn quiet until DJ got hurt then they became their usual obnoxious selves. As I said earlier, I witnessed two situations where Gator fans had to call the cops. In both cases, neither had any of their fellow leg humpers pleading their case. In both cases the cops came up once and old everyone to settled down, waited until the tempers had cooled, and then left. When the came backs where the two situations diverged. One of them allowed to police to escort him away. He was not cuffed, and they allowed him to continue running his jowls as he went down the steps and out.

The other one would even sit down and continued to cause a scene. The police told him that if he didn’t comply with their directive to come with them then they would force him. Then they showed him that they meant what they said, one moved in from the side in his view and other one from the other side, collared him and introduced his face to an armrest. When he started kicking, two others pinned his legs. There may have have been a few reminders given that he was being a shithead. I don’t fault the cops. These guys weren’t quietly watching the game and not bothering anyone. Even the other Dawg fans in the area were clapping when they dragged his sorry ass out. It’s not exactly safe for the officers to have to remove someone on steps where a headfirst or sideways fall is goin most likely going to cause some serious injuries.

Find one of those videos that ran from the time when the police walked up to the actual scene. You will most likely find a different position on this.

Is there a reason (for the public good) to not release police camera footage of these incidences immediately?

I thought the same thing. This will mostly get buried because it was a black cop beating up a white man. Heck some black people might even cheer it on for "getting even for a change".

But absolutely if it was a white cop beating up a black man the same way that black cop was beating up the white man, it's on every news channel across the U.S. You probably even have Trump and Kamala commenting on it. I hate to say it but this is why we need white cops patrolling white neighborhoods and black cops patrolling black neighborhoods. Take any race angle out of it. It's a ridiculous double standard that needs to end.

    Yeah yeah yeah...

Tell me about the part where the hits keep coming AFTER the suspects are cuffed and /or down.

Does "you said the n-word" green light post arrest beat downs?

My experience: shit don't fly in court.

    Ergo...$$$$ettlement.

(And worse still, template for rednecks to win lottery, for the mere price of an ass whoopn--which they're usually quite accustomed to taking on the reg, but for free/no remuneration).
