Pulling for Notre Dame because they beat georgia. Good HC that doesn't have a chip on his shoulder. Believes in merit. On board!

 

There are very few teams that I would pull for Notre Dame over. They played one of them last week. Penn State is not one of them. Not even close. I’m old enough to remember the last time Notre Dame weaseled their way to a national championship, and once in my lifetime is more than enough. Go Penn State!

 

ND gets more opportunities than they deserve. Go PSU

 

Same! I don't like ND at all but I had to cheer for them against the mutts, it felt dirty but I have showered several time since that game! I am hoping Penn State wins tonight but I don't think they will, the Irish are a pretty good well coached team!

 

I know that Notre Dame has improved since then, but I don’t think a well-coached team loses at home to Northern Illinois. Ever. For any reason. Notre Dame has benefited from a soft schedule and some lucky breaks in the playoffs, such as getting Georgia without their starting QB. I’m still grateful they knocked off Georgia, but this farce has to end here. Tonight.

 

Seeing the alphabet network announcer’s crew for tonight, that means Kirk Herbstreit and Chris Fowler will be doing the other game tomorrow night, with the Bucknuts. Why didn’t they put them in this game?? Herbie shouldn’t be doing pOSU games when there is an alternative, imho.

Texas can still save us from such an outcome involving a conference of higher education schools that has not been able to count at the first-grade level since the early 90s. You don’t need Notre Dame to save us. Go Penn State!
