BSU got in and was seeded 3rd by winning their conference championship with a 78th ranked strength of schedule. There is talk that, next year, winning a conference championship is not going to result in an automatic top four seed. BSU looks like it should have been seeded 10th, just ahead of Indiana and Clemsuck.

 

These G5 teams just can’t hang with the P4 teams. They need their own playoff. Penn St draws SMU & Boise in the first 2 rounds, smh. It will be a shame if they make the finals. Oregon got royally shafted compared to them.

They HAVE to look at making changes to the seeding process next year. Did anyone really believe that BSU was the 3rd best team of the 12 selected for the playoff???

Which is less than meaningless when you consider that Sanders would have gone well over 3000 yards if he had played in 14 games.
