And after all that, it looks like A&M is going to hire their former hitting coach, Michael Earley. I say "former" because he originally left with Schlossnagle to go to UT, but that apparently didn't last long.

 

I know nothing about Michael Earley, but in the transfer NIL era, and when you have the ability to pay what A&M does, it seems pretty ridiculous to hire an inexperienced guy who the players liked so a few of them stick around.

 

Few of my Nebraska connections were sad to see their AD leave his alma mater for ATM.
