Hopefully they are registering to vote.

 

At least twice in different states ideally. And signing up for welfare benefits.

If that number is anywhere close to being true, what a horrific tragedy. And it happened right here on our soil. People on both sides don't want to think to long about this and its implications. Just horrible. No other way to describe it.

 

Actually the number of "lost" children is 85,000 still way too many.

Most of the 400,000 were released to vetted sponsors and by the way if you're going to fix blame the fault lies with HHS which is responsible for settling unaccompanied minor and DHS which is responsible for immigration in general not Kamala Harris.

 

This is truly sad. The senior staff of the DHS and USCIS should be held accountable for this problem. Surely the failure could have been significantly diminished with some additional controls/procedures.

 

The children in question entered between 2019 and 2023. Who was POTUS 2019 - 2020? This issue is in large part due to ICE not having the resources to track these kids. Nor do we have enough judges or advocates to properly help these children. Two things that the most recent Bi-partisan Border Bill would have addressed before Trump killed it.

 

Adding that when Biden discovered the documents in the garage he immediately notified the DOJ and FBI. Those documents that ended up in the bathroom at Mar-a-Lago were there as the result of an attempt by Trump to conceal them after he lied about returning them to the government and I'm not sure how secure Mar-a-Lago really is considered that the housekeeping staff that had access to the bathroom really weren't vetted.

 

From the MSN article, Kamala and Biden cut out the vetting process of the children's sponsors very early on. It's almost like they wanted this to happen. Sad that they would do that to those children.
