Well yes, but I went to the Total Wine off International Speedway Blvd and picked up 8 or 9 six packs of different beers and IPAs , plus Silver Tequila.. 100% Agave and Amoretta for Margarita .
Picked up a Belgium Ale “Devel”
    Kalik
    Space Dust by Elysian
    Fat Tire
Another 6 from the Islands my son likes. Screaming Rebels IPA
    A 12 of Red Stripe
The Red Lager Bud , Horns was talking about.

That will get us to the 6 th inning tonite.
I really liked the Red Lager from Bud... real smooth

Making tacos tonight. I made a batch of my "taco shop" guac to go with it: tomatillos, avocado, onion, serrano peppers, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and salt.

Me and Mrs Lurker are more of a gin and tonic couple when it comes to drinks with tonic. Mrs Lurker does like cosmos, though.

Tuna steaks tonight with grilled asparagus and rice pilaf.

The difficult thing is that my wife and MIL like their's cooked through on lower heat and I like mine seared at high heat with the center essentially raw. I will cook their's first and let them rest and then open it up to get really hot and cook mine quickly.

The asparagus will get grilled at the lower temps.

OK, the tuna worked out except that my wife now wants hers cooked the way I cooked mine.

    That is new.

Pretty soon she will be eating sashimi with me.

Oriental Chicken Stir-Fry tonight over rice--raining here--

But that does not interfere with ice cold longnecks on the back porch as being appreciated for the pre-preparatory stages of the evening meal--;)

Grilling 3/4" center cut pork chops and bi-color cob corn tonight--Pat's Ho-made on the last two turns on the chops--fresh steamed cabbage to go with--

And of course ice cold longnecks are on the back porch in the Yeti anxiously awaiting my arrival--
