    What surprises me is that I have yet to see it published exactly what he read. If OU wants this to go away quickly and not be a distraction, they should not leave around loose ends to keep people wondering and thinking about it. Some have supposed it was lyrics to a song and, if that is the case, I seen no reason not to publish it. If the guy was writing something personal, I can see in that case the University not feeling they can release it, but then just say that and get it over with.

    This whole thing is what's wrong with double standards. It will not create any positive attitudes from one direction or another. Doesn't matter what the double standard is.

    Another 'double standard' is that the coaches get paid a big salary and treated like employees and the players don't because that's the way the NCAA wants it.
