You claim Florida's success is all about lagway and yet what will Colorado be without Sanders and hunter? They struggle against real competition even with two great players doing everything. Just saying.

I'm not sure what your point is. Most teams have star players. Especially good teams. Of course Colorado is better because of Sanders and Hunter. Did you just see that kickoff return by someone not named Sanders or Hunter? They have other players too. But again, I am not sure what point you were trying to make. Don't most good teams have star players?

I will say Colorado has far inferior overall talent on their team, but you still do not see the mental gaffes and WTF moments in situational football that you see at certain programs that have superior talent. Just sayin..

Thanks for making my point. You have attributed Florida's recent turnaround to lagway and little else although you seemed to have come around at least a little bit after the ole miss game.

Lagway and the players around him, for sure. It's not Billy Napier, if that's what you're getting at. One look at Colorado and again with far inferior talent, you can tell they are coached up 5 times better than the Gators are. That was by design. Prime put together perhaps the best coaching staff in college football and it shows. If you think somehow Napier is in the same league with Prime, that's just being biased against Prime because he played at FSU. It's not even close. Billy Napier won't even hire an OC. For all the crap Prime takes, he knows he needs a good OC and DC.

Napier has issues on gameday no doubt. He has made some questionable position hires at times as well. But you give credit to Deion for building Colorado and then disregard ANY positives Napier has done himself like having the best RB room in the country, recruiting Lagway, Badger dike, BCD etc from the portal and for all the griping about the 2 offensive line coaches we have clearly improved throughout the season there as well although their recruiting is a problem.

Point is I don't think Napier is where he needs to be but the guy has done good as well as bad. The true test will be how we go into next year. Absolutely zero excuses

If you'd like to discuss specific things that make them look "coached up 5 times better than the Gators are" I'm sure we'd all be extremely interested. But as far as talent goes, they lost to the only team they've played with more talent. And even that team didn't have anyone on the level of Hunter. They've also avoided the best teams in their conference this year.

The story of how good Sanders is at coaching will be written next year, but I HIGHLY doubt he'll stick around Colorado next season to see how that plays out

As we are discussing talent, et al, yes, you nailed it towards the end. This perceived improvement won't mean a lot if we can't keep it going and with the recruiting class we have for 2025 as of now, it ain't going to continue going. As abysmal a coach as Ron Zook was, he still delivered top classes year in and year out. That's what I feel about Billy Napier right now. He's a lot like a Zook, but without the all-world recruiting classes (especially 2025).

Any Florida HBC is going to get some recruits. It's Florida. What Deion is doing at the black hole that is the Colorado football program is nothing short of impressive. I would be the first one to call out media hype. And there is some of that with Colorado, but it's not without merit. Ask yourself what Colorado would look like with Napier as their head coach. It's not as easy there as it is Florida.

This “extremely well coached” Colorado team with the probable 1st pick in the draft at QB AND the Heisman leader is getting boat raced by a 4-6 Kansas team. LOL!

No update at the 2 min mark? No comment on the Kansas player singlehandedly almost matching the buffs offensive output? Dont forget to remind everyone about the Jayhawks stellar 4-6 record. Dion is a sham

Colorado got outcoached and outplayed by a poor KU team.

    It breaks my heart.
