14+ million people voted for Biden in primaries all across the country. Even if he was running unopposed, people took the time to go vote for him.

What MAGA fails to see is despite all of Biden's shortcomings he still has a reasonable chance to win. What does that say about their candidate?

I agree. Next time don’t run someone who shouldn’t have ran in the first place.

There is still a primary. People still vote. That’s called democracy. When elites decide they know better and oust Biden, that’s going against democracy.

Also, he didn’t really run Unopposed. You know that…

They want to replace him because they are reading polls which is stupid. Remember the red wave? Even Democrats fell for that and we're preaching doom and gloom.

Why do I need to check out the swing states? I stopped looking at polls as they've been wrong every single time since 2020. Heck even with all the special elections since 2020 they've been wrong and in some cases they've undercounted support for the Democrat candidate by as much as 8 points when the poll showed a race as being even. They've been wrong every single time including this year.

The party that says they are trying to protect Democracy are also pushing for the candidate that won enough delegates to win the nomination with over 14+ million primary votes to leave the race.

I'd like to add that there is one "Trump Card" (pun intended) that has yet to be played and it will be big. It's too early for right now though. This will happen after the DNC

It's the one thing that Trump is afraid of and has expressed concerns about several times

Are you conflating primaries with "democracy?" Primaries are not really democratic (small d). They generally exclude people based upon party membership. The only truly democratic primaries are jungle primaries, due to the lack of exclusion, which don't apply to Presidential primaries.

I'm sorry but this is just a disingenuous argument. "Uncommittted" got the 2nd most delegates. There was no remotely serious challenger.

If you want to take a shot at Democrats for being hypocrites, it would be for not putting up any other viable candidates during the primary and forcing Biden on everyone as the nominee. I suspect that was Team Biden's doing behind the scenes.

What is the card? I’m not following.

Dems can’t force him out without going 25th which they won’t do. And hard to imagine his delegates decide to vote for someone else with him still in the race (can they?). Plus it just won’t work for the party to be divided and tumultuous. It has to his decision and I guess why they are “asking” him to step down. At this point it’s which is the lesser negative impacts of the various bad decisions.
But not even looking at it from dem/repub, how will Biden be in 2 years with a 3:00AM phone call?

The card I'm talking about has nothing to do with whether Biden stays in the race or not. When it happens you'll know.

Mid terms are always harder to poll for. Also, the numbers were also no where near this bad.
Many of the swing states are outside margin of error.

But let’s forget about the public polls. It’s the internals that are freaking out the top democrats.

With all that said, plenty of time for something to change either direction.
Most can agree Trump can say things to turn off voters.

Oddly he has been a different candidate this time around. More mild than normal.

I’m a libertarian and pretty far from MAGA. He doesn’t have chance. Others in his party do. Who is Biden going to get out the vote for? The rust belt, the youth, minority voters? What polls are you looking at?

At this point in time I believe you are correct, trump hate is very strong. Unless they decide to nix it, I'm pretty sure most of the prominent dems are super worried of a repeat debate performance.

They didn't know that the candidate who won all those delegates was the confused old man they saw on debate night. They didn't know about that confused old man because his family and the rest of his inner circle kept him in the White House basement when he wasn't sent out to read teleprompters. IOW it was rigged by White House handlers, and that ain't democracy. It's power corrupting absolutely.

Ya, it tests the boundaries of civility to see complaints about democracy from.....supporters of a convicted felon who enacted a criminal conspiracy to overturn an election.

I guess we can't do it, but each of their posts just deserves something mocking, like "How are those slates of fake electors doing, Trumpy?"

They deserve respect or something for supporting an un-American criminal. It's just, like, a different opinion on things.
