Texas walks off in the bottom of the 7th.

 

Sit down and grab something to hang onto. This league is nuts and nobody is immune.

 

Bama takes game two from A&M and the crazy ball keeps rolling.

 

What an interesting day in SEC softball and it isn't over yet. Arky is up 3-2 at Tennessee going to the 6th. I love softball.

 

This is turning out to be quite the game!

 

That's why we have multiple devices.

 

And Arky takes down Tennessee to finish off a great day of SEC softball.

 

Only thing that would've made it better was Auburn hanging on. Mizzou got out of their own way finally today against OU. Their fans by the way are having a meltdown that they have no pitching outside Landry.....which we all kinda guessed aside from Lowry and either of them are still very gettable. Their approach today was not very good at the plate either.

 

Kind of surprised. I caught the 6th and 7th when Vols tied the score then moved on to dinner figuring the Vols had it, esp with Pickens on the mound at home.
6-3 sows. Arky pitcher had 16 Ks in 8 inn.

I saw on another thread where apparently it's been confirmed rothrock had an illness not an injury....has anybody heard this

 

Did the other thread give any specifics? Hopefully not something related to her compartment syndrome. Apparently, that effected her as recently as last year.

It was less than a year ago that the official UF website posted an article including, "Rothrock's fabulous prep career was nearly derailed by a devastating bout with compartment syndrome, a painful and severe condition caused by pressure buildup from internal bleeding or swelling of tissues that, to this day, limits how she can train."

 

I've honestly had that as concern since this started, but no there was nothing specific.

 

I hope she’s ok. I’d never heard of that, I had to google it, doesn’t sound pleasant.

 

When will the annual melt-down start? After SC and Ala they have three series against aTm, Tex and UF, followed by Ark. A really tough schedule, for sure.
