    Delanie definitely made Hannah better.

Very true. Like I said before, I'm a Delanie Gournley fan. Hannah was the stud that carried the load that year, though. 30-8 record, 223.1 innings pitched to Gournely's 107.2 and Haeger's 98. Goruley certainly was an important factor in their title, but Rogers was their stud. In the WCWS Rogers pitched all but 5 innings of the 5 games they played, including complete games in the first 4 games, 3 of them shutouts, And she came in for the 2 inning save in the last game that won them the title.

    Here is a little tidbit.
When Liz went to play in AUX, she got with Lele for about an hour to get suggestions.
She said she learned more in that one hour than all the time she spent with Bosch.

Gator vision was awful but better than nothing lol. Thank goodness softball is finally getting a measure of the respect it deserves and so much is televised now.

She taught that wicked off speed to other pitchers as well. Delanie was just awesome!

I’d argue Hannah didn’t come in to SAVE the game. The natty was already won, CTW put Hannah in the circle for the inevitable dog pile lol. Hannah owned that WCWS and deserved to throw the final pitch.

Game two of the 2014 WCWS the Gators pitching staff was so deep and talented Hannah freaking Rodgers didn’t get the start! That decision by CTW was brilliant obviously but even Michelle Smith’s mind was blown.

The good times are back. Not just pitching talent but pitching depth. I’m all for a different starter every day of a conference series. What once was will be again. All yall talking about players not getting enough time are going to transfer out, just stop with that silliness.

Official scoring credited her with a save. She pitched the final 2 innings when we had a 3 run lead. That qualifies as a save.

    Today's game will be:

There is not a good seat to be found in this stadium. Weirdest stadium that we go to.

I can stream with my eyeballs -- does that count? The Gators will be wearing all orange with blue numbers and blue socks. Did I mention that there are no good seats in this entire stadium?

Buford is up 5-0 top of 3 and still batting. They intentionally walked Caroline. No-hitter for her through 2 with 4 strike outs. They are actually playing elimination games the rest of the tournament. They got beat yesterday by East Coweta 2-0 and Caroline took the loss even though she only gave up one earned run. Jada Savage, the pitcher for East Coweta just shut them down. She was on the list but Tim dropped her early on and she is headed to Ole Miss. Buford won their first game earlier today 11-0. Addison Rackley pitched and hit. The stud that is going to LSU and she is a full out stud. Great player. Hard to believe Buford has two players of Caroline's and Addison's stature and then a whole bunch more of solid players. Shocking they lost yesterday. Savage must be really good...she was yesterday.
