I was trying to get this schedule out of Herb in an email last week; but he never responded. Thanks for posting.
That how it’s always been? Knew they weren’t published, but thought you could walk in. The gates were open during their practices when I was going to watch baseball. Didn’t your last post say you attended practice?

If a gate is open, you can go in, and watch, but do not interact with the players. When Amanda was a volunteer assistant, I went in and sat. The wind blew, so I returned to my car for a jacket. When I came back, Amanda was locking the gate. We got a good laugh, but she didn't grandfather me in. Several years ago, I was watching from right field and was asked to leave as the practice was closed.
Weird, wonder why they care. You’d think the players would appreciate it. I love that baseball publishes the majority of their dates and lets you know if it’s just practice or practice and scrimmage.
If Scrappy gets kicked out the rest of you, except for one or two I can name, are dead meat. Don't bother to try it.
We got one off my list!!!!! That was quick. A catcher from New Orleans by the name of Avery Killian who plays for LA Voodo Gold. She camped with us previously. She was named a top performer a year ago on USA 15U National. I don't know a ton about her but what I have found sounds like a very nice get right off the bat.
Obviously a kid Tim wanted and vice versa or it never would have happened this quick only eight days into recruiting. Pics from her camp:
Apparently an earlier camp with us. Looks like she camped with us three or four times. Looking at her twitter, this kid was all in for Gators even though she camped at Bama and Tennessee and had interest from UGA among others. Video with a double off the fence and a throw out from behind the plate:
I already feel soooo much better. Last year was tough, and not to demean the couple kids we got, we got nobody last year off my list and all went to our main competitors. Not surprising given the quality of our '23 and '24 classes. I still think we will feel the effect of those two classes in recruiting this year but I was hoping to get 2-3 off the list....not 5-6 in the past couple years. So, this is a great start.
Interesting that Perfect Game doesn’t have her in the top 50 for 2026, but Ava Hodo is #1….also a catcher
My best unasked for advice....don't pay much attention to various rankings. More often than not they are useless. Tim went after this kid immediately. She isn't a second choice. I trust Tim's evaluation a heck of a lot more than some faceless person who likely has never seen this kid play.
Could mean he knows he won't get Hodo. Or not. Who knows. I think this kid has also played some infield and positions do change once you get on campus.
