Both are true. He is trying to end Birthright Citizenship via EO, which is guaranteed by the 14th Amendment, and has stated that the US government will own half of TikTok. I do believe facts.

The 14th Amendment was for slaves and their decendants. Slaves were brought here against their will. Immigrants are coming here willingly. The 14th Amendment has been blatantly abused.
