In one 2nd-half possession, it seemed like we were running it 40 feet from the basket. Tammy was confused by that too and just let us run it with no pressure from them. Seconds ticked by with nothing happening except us practicing a drill in the middle of a game.

CTG just took his San Fran team to the NCAAT. He got here and looked at his guys in practice and saw that it was clearly more talented than his SF squad. So he just assumed it would make the Dance. Instead, they seem unable or unwilling to play smart and hard.

Loved the M&m boys, they wrecked havoc in the SEC. Mad Max being the #1 recruit in the nation and the high scoring pint size Moten from Quincy, Florida, along with Big Duane and his Mullet haircut! I saw a few games a year during those times live. when Livingston Chatman came in as the number recruit in Florida, I remember him and his huge shoulders, 6’7” Around 245 lbs, his drives inside reminded me of Keyontae. All those guys were unbelievable talents. The Billy years most of the games I saw live were in out of state locations due to moving around corporate wise. Lastly, I saw Mike Miller close out Butler in Winston-Salem and Chandler Parsons (Of Morgan and Morgan fame) close out NC State with the heave!

I will have to look again at CC’s turnover total, I couldn’t believe the the tech, but he was dumb to yell at their bench and should have just pumped his fist as he went down the court and smiled. Oh well, another loss in the books for history.

Last night I made the analogy to my wife, this was like football’s “Swindle in the Swamp”. Watching them stop the game, watching plays with the head sets on,then getting someone’s answer as to what happened, then telling Buzz about another Florida foul and Golden looking like a kid in the Principal’s office. Rookie coach vs experience is what you get when you hire someone from the west coast and thrust him into the Southern colture of “I will eat your babies on the court!”

The thing is, I wouldn't want Stricklin hiring the replacements of Napier or Golden (if it came to that).

This was such a frustrating game to watch.

A lot of bad calls, but the effort needs to really be more consistent, and we need shooters.

We came out hot to start the second half, and got guys other than castleton involved to take the pressure off him. Need to see that more often and need to see more consistent effort.

So many times in this game there was no effort to get rebounds, and no sense of urgency.

Why would you quit when you get most of your contract bought out if fired? He was not fired.

If it comes to that, I'm sure it won't be SS making the hire(s)

Once he was near half court about six feet in during a live play and I was screaming at the refs.

Oh, well. It is over. BD would say that you have to play through adversity and we didn't.

Saturday is a MUST win game.

I seriously doubt Strickln will be around if he needs to replace yet another football coach...CTG is with us for awhile.

Well I'm not advocating for anyone to be fired, but I've not been impressed with SS so far and he has yet to hit a homerun as far as hires are concerned. I've seen you advocate for settling since the Gator don't deserve greatness, but I think that would mean we'd need to use this poster to represent Gator Nation:
