My 2-cents, a lot of times he holds the ball too long but that's mostly a function of his teammates not cutting or moving. That's what I'd change about him . . . and don't go so low unless the play is a cut to the basket. I'd rather he catch it at or just under the elbow. However, Coach Golden knows a lot more than I do.

 

On paper this team has a lot of potential.

I’m right there with you. How hard could it have been finding an upgrade from our last coach and somehow our AD went all the way across the country to find one that makes White look like Red Auerbach.
