CTW always seems to have a "project" player that he sees promise in that everyone else writes off.

Mia is a great example. Go back to this board last year and people were screaming for her to be benched with her sub .200 average late into the season.

Before that Sarah Longely comes to mind.

And CTW did an amazing job with Jamie Hoover when she lost all confidence, the wheels came off, and she got benched. He worked her back into the lineup in such a strategic way that it was amazing to watch how he restored her confidence.

I think he knows exactly what he's doing with Holtorf and it doesn't have anything to do with past assurances (if any).

 

Kendra is an All American. It baffles me how she can receive a Gold Glove for her play in centerfield, but does not have the official honor as being an All American. In my book Kendra will always be an All American player.
