    From the box score it looks like two bad teams playing each other. The fact that they had to foil 4 time at the end before we got in the bonus is interesting. Anyone with TV see how the game was called?
    Hope this is one we can build on. Still think this team has a high ceiling.

    Last year Purdue finished with a NET ranking of 50. We finished with 76.

    Purdue returned its top 4 scorers and 5 of its top 6 rebounders.

    From the little that I saw, the refs let them play. I saw a few reach ins that would normally be a foul not called.

    RealtimeRPI had Purdue at 38 coming in, us at...92. Of course, this early in the season, pretty meaningless.

    Georgia Tech (game after next)...4-0 and #28. Couple of games then Michigan, 4-1 and #16. (Comparison, FSU is #15.)

    Purdue was ranked 7th in the Big 10 in this year's pre-season coaches' poll. Last year they finished 19-11, 9-8 in conference play, made the NCAA tournament where they lost their first game. It was their first NCAA tourney appearance since 2017 and their first winning conference record since the 2017-18 season.

    That was brutal..compared to the UGA/Columbia game the refs let them play and reach, push, hold, grab, whatever..and that was them and us. Teams pretty much find it hard to shoot there for some reason. I have heard the lights make it weird somehow with the depth perception. When Rimdal was off so bad on her shots today I felt like something was up.
