OGT: Florida vs Oregon State 6pm EST ESPNU

Yes, I'm not one to over-complain on refs or announcers. Hell, I think Beth Mowins is about middle-of-the-pack.

Would have killed for Beth Mowins yesterday. Those guys were have Nike infomercial, have "two dudes at the end of the bar."

 

Exactly what they sounded like. They were just hanging out and there happened to be a game on in the background.

 

I only watched the first few miuntes of the replay because I wanted to know how we got off to such a great start but what I got was the ESPNU audio feed and an "Above the rim" video feed. ESPNU is not on my ESPN+ feed. One of the guys seemed to know what he was talking about and then he would say something stupid. The other guy might have never seen a basketball game before.

Anyway from what I saw we shot really well and Oregon State had LOTS of open looks and clacked them. It is not like we had lock down defense. I was hoping that we had lock down defense but we didn't. Oregon State just didn't hit shots.

 

I bet Oregon State is thinking, what just happened? We were so close with Duke…..LOL
