While we made some much needed FTs, overall we had a less than stellar night going 23-33 from the charity stripe after having a really good outing last game.

Awesome gut-check by the Gators. These veterans know the game well enough to not fight through mistakes and a bad shooting night. I kept thinking all game, "Sooner or later we're gonna start lighting it up." We never did, but we got just enough to send OSU and their ugly fans home crying, and with hideous flashbacks to 2008.

 

McAnimal....."He's a bad dude....he's a bad dude!"

But our free throw defense was superb! We outscored them by ten at the line, they out scored us by seven from the field.

 

A true epic, to be savored far into the future. I mentioned in earlier threads this would be a real test, I was right. That Liddell kid is the real deal......

But what an incredible win!! Damn, so happy for UF, fans and NBN!!!

 

CC led the Gators in assists with 3. Wow.

we went to the line a lot, but missed a lot. I was thinking the poor FT shooting was one reason for the loss. That and shots just not falling. Nice ending, won with D. Love it.
