I love Gator softball, this may be the worst team I have seen in 20 years at UF. Sorry, I dont know what is missing besides pitching. Maybe the constant old school slapping at balls also. But we just are not that good. We are middle of the pack at best, Tim has gotten all he can out of this group. So unathletic also, we just dont move very well. We have some fast young ladies, but that does not mean they are athletic. Stanford made us look like a bad traveling team.

 

I admit. I'm a passionate fan and sometimes it over takes my better judgement. I sometimes forget these are young ladies playing the sport they love. I'm just sitting in my living room not having the pressure of being a coach or player. No matter the outcome of the game tonight or game(s) tomorrow im so proud of this team. Fought through so much adversity this season. With that being sad. let's go gators. Win every moment!

 

That would be a disappointing way for a senior all American to end her college.career. Hope she plays tonight or even better Gators win and she plays tomorrow.

 

What a wonderful post! You would be surprised at how many coaches, players, family and friends of players and coaches read this public open message board-I know we get disappointed and frustrated and upset as fans-but think how these young ladies feel-they want to win and are doing the best they can-they are the ones that put in all the hard work and practice time along with going to classes and keeping their grades up..
