Bingo. Everyone is tired at the end of games when they are shooting FTs but you still have to hit them

The better teams find a way to win. Gators have only won one of the last ten against Kentucky.

I’ll do respect, disagree 100%… Has to be able to shoot at some point and 0-8is not going to cut it

But he was 0% from the field… How do you keep him in the game? He was two or two from the line??? If he was eight or eight from the line that would be one thing, but he cost us offensively in a major way. If you looked up the analytics aspect of it, it’s astounding that he stayed in the game after he missed his first four shots

    Upon further review...

This was a game that was there for the taking. It is a shame there were too many holes in our game. If I had to summarize, it was a game of two pretty decent teams who were doing things to lose it, and we lost it more than Kentucky did. That won't matter in March, just who won and who lost.

I may have some UF glasses, but I thought Kentucky made many more 50-50 shots than we did. That was a good offense. Richard was a shame. It may be a ceiling of his or just a bad game. We shall see. I was encouraged by the freshmen bigs and Aberdeen. That is a nice design.

    Now to the "brain farts".

I will say that the team needs more meshing against the better teams. There was some excellence with some WTH moments. If we can mesh, watch out! I sincerely hope that Kugel is prepared to be a first round NBA talent going forward. He can do it. Can he do it for the entire season?

Free throws. It probably cost us the game but it may cost us against the lousy teams in the future. THAT would be bad. Samuel seemed to have reached a limit against better competition. I want to believe he will learn. Micah also.

It is over. Time to mesh, grow, and win.

They do, indeed. I hope I didn't seem too horribly negative with the free throw shooting comment. Eventually, I assume, we'll win some of these big games in the last minutes. The Gators looked strong. I feel bad for the kids, big game 'at home' and it slipped away. It'll probably be a bit tougher at Rupp. I suppose we'll have time to tweak a few areas.

We're getting the players now. The game was uptempo. We're moving in the right direction...

    Go Gators.

How about asking for the review on the out of bounds pass from Riley, no our coach is sitting their numb, being the nice guy, why complain?
He is a very good recruiter, but having another meek school boy coach doesn’t intimidate or even get a word with the refs, we will get screwed over and over again.

    Four reasons we lost;
    1. CTG, sleeping when the game is on the line!
    2. Handlogten, not aggressive and tough inside and finishing, only a couple of put backs. he needs more strength and told to be more aggressive. Needs to be on the bench more until he shows some aggression and focus.
    3. “The Refs”!
    4. Our bigs shooting free throws.

In this six-minute stretch, the officials called six fouls on UF. Does any team foul at a 40 per game clip? It was a big turning point.

After seeing two bad calls in a row against us lead to them taking the lead with about three minutes left and our coach just sitting there taking it, shows me he is not a fighter, made me want to p&#$! Do refs get paid to help against us or is it the SEC office won’t hire one official with Gator in his blood. It is getting old. The next three coaches are fighters and will control the games and the refs. You are probably right. The kids have fight but not our coach. Reminding of our last Boy Scout, ugggh.
