Yea, he’s playing with going for it on fourth down in mind, but it’s gotten a bit predictable and doesn’t show any urgency.

Most teams that beat LSU had to score more than 35. Our offense doesn’t help our defense out too much. We never go for the throat at any point on offense. Napier seems happy to run the ball with a lead, while ignoring the play-calling that got the lead. We let the opposing teams hang around, and it eventually bites us in the butt.

Almost every time we get a lead or come out of the half, our offense goes into a shell. The play calling is usually two runs and a throw behind the line of scrimmage on 3rd and long. There are at least 2-3 series each game where that exact sequence of play calls occurs, with the same results.

So where was #3 for 3 series. Drinking Gatorade, taking a dump. The fact that our most explosive player got 1 throw in the last 4 series is criminal

 

We also have a very green and young DC. You can’t learn on the job at UF.

 

I just wish he would be a little bit more creative in getting the ball into our playmakers hands. Wilson seems ripe for creative opportunity yet it doesn’t happen. Same with Ricky. Even worse, instead of creatively getting them involved, they go significant periods of time where they’re not involved at all.

 

Yes and I might add the Coast Guard tackles at least as well.

 

And one more thing, this game is way too long!

Our talent not THIS bad defensively and JD isn’t THIS damn good of a QB to be doing this.

He’s elite but he’s not historically elite. This is absurd we’re this bad on defense

 

Gonna be nice to set records on these guys in two years with Lagway..payback is a bitch

 

Daniels almost had 300 yards rushing against one of the best defenses in Mizzou.

 

I don’t mean to be a downer but in my opinion the performance the last couple of weeks have been devestating to our Playoff hopes.

 

Well if the D didn’t let them score in 90 seconds every drive we wouldn’t need to score on every drive.

Fact is our OL poor pass protection hampers what we can do on offense. And the zero pass rush from the front 4 on defense puts way too much stress on a young lb/secondary. Need portal beasts to join youth next year on both lines for any improvement.
