Yeah, man. Our offense gave up 653 yards to LSU. Us scoring 35 points is definitely the problem.

Shouldn't even be in this position.

 

Sometimes...it's like more then 2-3 coaches are calling the plays.

 

I would go out on a limb and say Army tackles better.

I'm not really mad at that, threw it to the best player, didn't quite make the play.

Our best chance would have been to eat some clock, score, then onside kick with 2 minutes left. We can't stop them.

After every play they hover over our guy on the ground, step over and wuff to no end.

 

Likely because we knew we were going for it on 4th down. So you run on 3rd in the hopes that you have a shorter 4th down.

If you pass on 3rd and it's incomplete you have 4th and long.

 

He should have went for it on 4th earlier. We had to go for it there. Right call. Result was fine. Should have been caught. They have scored pretty much every time they have the ball. Means you do the stats on which is more likely. Us getting 4th and 5 lowers their chance of scoring.

 

Never had a chance...Billy's plan to make it look respectable "worked."

You all do know that LSU is the #1 offense in the FBS is almost every category. The only way we had any chance to win this was keep up in scoring and we almost did.

 

I dont understand why we go away from Wilson in the 2nd half

 

I am honestly more hopeful against FSU than I am Missouri.

Exactly. Good play call. Not a perfect pass from Mertz but ultimately Wilson has to catch that. Didn't happen. Oh well. Playcall worked.
