Watching the halftime interview just now, Napier really is the CEO coach. Like a CEO of a major failing corporation, he is somewhat detached from what's going on in his company and only somewhat aware of problems. He speaks in vague meaningless corporate speak expressions. Trusts his process over results. Lack flexibility to pivot and creatively solve problems. Bloated management. Overpaid executives whose corporate earnings aren't justifying the salaries.

 

He should be giving that money back to us if anything for wasting everyone’s time and money

 

Yeah, he was.telling everyone to drive sober or get pulled over.

- Pell wasn't worse in his third season than in his first
