That's a fair point as talented HS players won't grow unless they're coached well, they'll quickly be surpassed by those who are.

I'm becoming very concerned as the season progresses as I see absolutely no growth. No fixed mistakes. No addressing of poor fundamentals. No evidence of coaching. I have no issues with an incoming staff having a bad first year or two, but I expect to see progress somewhere, even if it's losing but making tackles and reducing mistakes. I haven't seen anything, it's like the kids come out to play a pick up game against teams with coaching staffs.
