Did we decide to coast through this game? This has to be the worst called game in years. No QB runs, not much rushing at all and Vandy is playing like they need this win to go to Atlanta.

The Gator football team watched the basketball team play from behind against FSU last week and decided to try the same strategy today. Bold move.

What's even crazier about running on 3rd and 8 is the fact that our pass game has been pretty solid today.

Business decision

 

A common theme seems to rear it's head. AR runs we win. AR tries to pretend to be a pocket passer....he gets happy feet and we lose. I wonder if this is an offensive decision or a QB decision.

 

We just cruised down the field. That inside run got us 15 yards in red zone before wipe out because of silly mistake. Seems like a good plan to run that play thinking we could get 10 yards in 3 or 4 downs. It didn't work this time. Yeah, 3 and 8 but if we get close we go for it. Our run game is our bread and butter. I'm okay with the play calling.

 

Vandy is a better running team than we are. Ours tends to be gimmicky where Vandy's is a true run offense. Ands they are doing it without involving their QB much.
