    You are incorrect. They are taught to stalk in that situation, which he did perfectly, and the back used it perfectly to weave in and out. WRs aren't expected to pancake guys on outside runs, if the defender basically just keeps running backwards and turning back and forth you let him. He blocked great in that situation.
