Yep, cC and Richard playing soft.

 

Miss a 2 inch layup and the front of a 1 and 1 and that is what happens. Not going to get a lot of calls but they are losing from missing easy shots and some lazy passes.

 

Florida didn’t use a single timeout in that half.

 

Reeves needs to do more watching if all he's gonna do is throw up floaters. What does he think his percentage is on those?

 

When you take off balanced, contested shots, you can’t blame the refs.

We aren’t great offensively. We need some help from the refs. Not sure it’s happening this game.

 

I think the book is written: play Florida very physically and they pull back. It never hurts when the other team gets the benefit of whistles too but refs alone aren't worth an 11 point halftime lead.

This isn't on the refs...they sure as heck arent shooting the "get it close to the rim" shots. Reminds me of playing at the neighborhood court when I was much younger.

 

We are going to learn alot about this team in the second half.

Not sure about the personnel going down the half. Reeves and Fudge seems to be questionable choices. They made more scrub plays than we did.

Need either Lofton or Jones to step up in the second half. Castleton is forcing things when we don't do things well on offense. Kugel COULD take over the game, but I am afraid he is still too green.

 

Sometimes we look like we can play pretty good and sometimes....yack

Go to Rupp and the refs just let the crowd make the calls. Unbelievable. We should ask for the bios of every ref in the conference, to see how much bias there is against Florida. It is ridiculous.

I hate to judge the guys but both Kowacie and CC need to use the bank shot instead of trying to shread it on the runners in close at odd positions.
