In that awesome interview someone posted on her she said all she used to do was bunt. Bring it back to the basics and besides a bunt is as good as a double more often than not with her speed!

I don’t get it either, Longley and Gigante seem to be fixtures in lineup no matter what. Anyway great job by Echols!

 

Precisely! She has a steady bat, fast hands, good eye, good glove and gets the job done. So why do I see three on this line up who did not excel in the SEC last year, and another pair who, outside of mid major play, who have not made an impact are out there?
