The "bimmerboy" thing was pretty ostentatious. Swamp Gas (a poster no longer there but who will live in their hearts and minds forever) was a friend of mine and kept saying "bimmerboy needs to join the board". I did have a M3 at the time. So when I joined I just accepted the name.

My brother's widow drove up from Orlando today and we just got back from taking her out to lunch. Rothrock pitched another gem. Walks is a great thing to see. Offense with only 8 hits, 4 of them from Williams & Holtorf. Walsh and Otis with BA's under .300 is amazing. Can't wait until they get in the groove. But a win is a win. Go Gators!

I remember Edugator. I know, or knew, Mud personally. The leaf blower thing is a historical laughing reference there. When I moved to the mountains and owned a gazillion trees I desperately needed one and pestered them about it. Found a Stihl for half price on EBAY and went off on how it was the greatest thing since sliced bread and the rest is history. Except I bought it 15 years ago and it still works perfectly so the laugh is on them. Same for the Guinness towel and that was 15 years ago. Someone got one. I ordered one. It never arrived. They thought that amusing and would ask about every week (and still do) if I got it. So, between a leaf blower and a towel, I remain a historical reference there.

 

BC game was pretty somnambulant. Hoping for a bit more pep vs Binghamton

I know its hard to get up fir every game so that is whenni would play some of the back ups who might be more excited to get on the field

Yep. I had to look that one up. In something like 20 years or so on a multitude of Gator boards I can safely say that is a word never before used. Of course, we are UF grads so that explains it. rtIns67 must be a furriner.
