I agree with everything in that post lol. Had the exact thought about infield fly making uo for obstruction. Wilkie did a good job behind the plate today also.

As did Kowalewski. Emily has always been a good defensive player. Just could never get her bat going.

    AK is a fantastic player.
She is great at 3B or C. We shall see if she gets a chance at SS.
Mia, a natural SS, is on the path to improving her hitting, a journey I believe she will successfully embark on.
In my opinion, AK at 3B, Mia at SS, and 2B are mysteries. I hope Comia can take it, or Mia can stay at 2B, and Comia can go to SS.
    We shall see.

AK has become possibly my favorite player as this season has progressed. She’s been so steady and I think will make a significant jump next season. I hope she mans 3B for the next 2 seasons while being the backup C and takes over at C her senior season.

I think we might see a Hannah Adams situation with Williams at 2B. Meaning she came in as a natural SS but ended up playing 2B her freshman year and just stayed put. I think Comia takes the SS spot next season. Pure speculation on my part.

The real intrigue comes at RF. We have Cassidy, and 2 stud freshman OFs coming in. Looks like we are going to have a similar sized roster next year, but we will have lots of versatility.

Lamar would also seem to be a natural 3B so there will be comp there as well. Guessing Walsh and Brown play 1b. I would DH Erickson one game a week to keep her fresh and let AK catch...that would also let someone else get routine work at 3b

Gabi Comia to SS, Layla Lamar and AK47 battle for 3rd base with Layla eventually moving to 2nd base. The real battle will be for right field where Cassidy McClellan, Townsend Thomas and Taylor Shumaker battle it out. With Red Oxley coming in the pitchers have more depth although I think CTW will be perusing the transfer portal for a veteran arm.

I know all of you are excited. Live in the moment, people! Regular Season has barely ended and you are already talking about next year’s team. Celebrate the players that are here now.

The underside to post season excitement is some of these amazing ladies won’t be here next year. I love watching them grow before my eyes and I always hate saying goodbye to the seniors. Hopefully none of us will have to say goodbye to our heroes until they’re dog piling in Oklahoma with another natty. Celebrate these girls now I wholeheartedly agree but next year is still exciting.

I’ve also been perusing AirBnbs in OKC the end of this month. So there’s that as well.

Funny, yes. In reality, you guys can’t hold a candle to a woman when multi tasking. A new reality show in the making!

But they can’t think logically as the reverse silly stereotype. So there’s that.

Totally sexist. And I don’t care! No one ever answered my question. Are the majority of the posters male?
