Don't think LSU winning matters. On the other hand Bama winning moves them up and increases their hosting chances. Of course they prob host even with the loss.

It stays on mute for 99% of any game if at home watching,, was watching/mostly listening while driving.

 

Bama & LSU only 2 teams AU played all year I thought were equal to or better than offensively,, which is very poor. Bama shouldnt even be in conversation to host & if they are AU has similar resume. LSU no biz T8 IMo... but I kind of agree they will both get host and cake fields,,b/c..sec sec.

UT & UF will be the top 2 sec seeds imo. aTm Ark. Mizz would be MY next 3.. but Id also have a requirement of over .500 in conf. to host,, so no LSU or UGa. Certainly not Bama.. a mid 2 seed imo, same as in state rival w/ same resume

I never want to. But will sometimes to remind me why I dont want to.

 

More on LSU..only 2 sec series wins all year, lost last 4 sec series.. If thats top 8 we got some bad teams in SB..lol Also lost series to worst 2 teams in sec OM & AU..both in Red Stick.

That's what I thought at the time -- I was surprised that the commentators didn't mention that and it didn't get a challenge (assuming that it's challengeable).

I just went back and replayed it slo-mo and stop frame a bunch of times. If I had to guess, I'd say never hit dirt. If I was Birmingham, I'd not overturn because there's sort of a tiny up at the time of the catch.

But the real bottom line is if the catcher just played that she caught it, nothing would have come of it. I'm sure Blue didn't call it because he was completely blocked and, if it did bounce, we're talking less than an inch in front of the glove. The catcher's actions told everyone that she thought it hit the dirt or was being protective in case.

Play directly led to two runs.

 

Ump gave out sign intially , then the safe sign forcing the throw, Im sure he was also yelling 'safe'. Was he influenced by Wohlers? maybe. Either way no excuse to throw to the RFielder. Least team Es in sec, so naturally do that..lol

 

54 pitches and not even 3 full innings for Maddie.

 

What is MD looking at? He sits in the dugout sideways not watcing the game and chomping on his gum. Strange bird.
