Why do other teams #9 hitters keep getting timely hits against us?

    Is Mia pitching?
Is she walking in runs or hitting batters?

We done. I don't see a comeback in the cards tonight. Coach Walton said they played their worst game of the season Wednesday night vs. USF. I think this game is just as bad, if not worse. And as much as I hate to say it, Mia has started struggling in the field. But Keagan's lack of control, bad base running in the first inning and then lack of timely hitting in the first 4 innings has done us in.

I'm guessing Mia will not be leading off the 7th.

It was favorably ruled a single but that’s a play that should have been made. At worst she keeps that ball in front of her and only one run scores.

I made a good decision to watch the Masters instead of this mess.

How about the pitcher walking or hitting batters..don't get me wrong..I love Keagan, I think she has hit the freshman wall ...but she has greatly contributed to them scoring all these runs as well

The difference is that Keagan is a huge contributor to this team’s success. Mia will hopefully bloom into a star in the future, but right now she’s just not contributing in any way that any other replacement couldn’t.

And, yes, her not making two routine plays has lead to at least 2 runs.

Totally agree. But if Mia had made the right decision and taken the easy out in the bottom of the 2nd, those 2 runs wouldn't have scored. And that last ball that was hit right at her was generously called a single. Should have been a 2-run error, IMO.
