The message came straight from her, in her own defiant words. "Louisiana may have changed their laws but they have no bearing on the laws in New York."

She doesn't want to wear a bonnet and refer to her man as " commander"?

Hope New York doesn't want any prisoners from Louisiana anytime soon. I would tell any non-felony criminals they can come to Louisiana and they will never extradite them to New York.

New York is also setting themselves up and they don't even know it. If it becomes "blue states won't extradite to red states" and "red states won't extradite to blue states", they can forget ever getting Donald Trump once he is out of office in 4 years. Stay in Florida and we'll never extradite him to New York for the trumped up political charges (guilty of challenging the establishment).

No, just invite non-violent criminals and the criminals that New York REALLY REALLY wants badly.

Tell any white collar criminal (again assuming it's not violent and/or a felony) that Louisiana is a safe haven from unfair New York prosecution.

Heck, get a group, some inmates and state law enforcement involved, break Luigi Mangioni out of prison, get him to Louisiana and Louisiana call tell New York to pound sand when New York tries to extradite him.

Just enough to remind New York that two can play the game. It would be simple for Louisiana. Give us back to the doctor who violated OUR state laws, we'll give you back your criminals who violated your state laws. Like it's been done for a long time here in the U.S.

Unless you really want a U.S. where blue states don't extradite to red states and red states don't extradite to blue states. Because what New York is doing will put us down that path.

New York doesn't get to decide what state laws in other states they agree with and which ones they don't.

I can't wait to see the commercials "Louisiana is for Criminals" ... think of all those republican pedos and groomers who will flock there from other states ... I sincerely hopes this works out for you. How's the AI girlfriend out, BTW, you two still together?

New York is for Criminals sounds even better. Since it's New. York who is the one harboring a criminal here.

And think about New Yorkers who will never get justice for themselves or their family members.

I'm sure they'll love it when someone commits a crime in New York, immediately flees, get to Louisiana or some other red state, and those states won't extradite to New York because New York won't extradite to Louisiana. Lets say a murderer for example. So then the family has to live with the fact that the murderer of a family member is completely free in another state, all because New York wanted to play politics.

I mean you do realize what New York it doing is against normal policies between states right and against the law? The doctor violated the law in Louisiana. New York has no right to try to force their views and politics on other states.

But yeah lets just through out "when in Rome" right. So I assume I'm now allowed to open carry in NYC now right? Since why should I have to follow state laws of another state?

Personally I can't wait you all to melt down when Trump is out of office, New York tries to resume their case and sentence him and Florida tells New York to pound sand when New York tries to extradite him. What are you going to say then?

New York can't say anything. They are the ones who are starting the process of refusing to extradite based purely on politics.

Why are still trying to "win" this discussion. I'm totally on your side here. Invite criminals to Louisiana. Geez, man, take the win. How's your mom doing? She still think your dead?

NY was the ones who started it? Really? Hmmm ... because this is from 2023... BTW, have you made your AI girlfriend have an orgasm recently? You were so proud of that the first time it happened.

Louisiana can always use a fresh infusion of new blood into its rich history of political corruption. Come on down!

Yes, you should fill Louisiana with murderers from other states. I highly recommend this very intelligent strategy. Absolutely no way that it backfires.

That's how you own the libs -- by making it known that wanted murders from blue states can move in next door nice families in red states without fear of being arrested -- why hasn't DeSantis thought of this? Arresting murderers is woke.

So this fascist in in favor of rounding up women who get abortions and the medical staff who perform the procedure and shipping to places where they can be put on trial, and if convicted spend the rest of the lives behind bars or get the death penalty. smdh.

This doctor violated the law in Louisiana. Should Louisiana not have the right to prosecute him for his crimes?

Extraditions are not automatic. There are many reasons why an extradition is either approved or denied. Has the local televangelist issued a fatwa calling for her head?
