I’m not the one who called him an asshole. You can explain yourself or not - I don’t care. I was just curious.

PS - I think the irredeemable word choice was clearly hyperbolic.

You're exactly right. There is no way they allow this issue to make it to the ballot

I didn't call him an asshole. ok. I think I can explain myself. I do not know how results from a vote on abortion indicate that men (or women, they voted too, right?)are irredeemable. I think that calling men irredeemable based on a vote on abortion is an asshole move without any explanation as to how a man votes on abortion informs one of their redeemableness or lack thereof. I am rilly quite confused by your reaction & the org posters accusation. Men & women also voted very similarly here on this issue & yet 1 group is deemed irredeemable. What am I missing?

Speaking of marijuana, I won't be surprised if the Florida Supreme NotCourt tries to block that too.

Isn't Ohio the state tried to run the end around on constitutional amendments, changing it to 60%, a few months ago? Looks like the people voting that down saved a couple of good amendments.

It's going to be written like "Vote YES if you want to legalize murdering children and burn in hell for all eternity".

There’s an old thread on it. We will have to check status soon but yeah. Moody is fighting it hard.

The FL abortion ballot initiative is running short on signatures though. They have a need of about 400k more by February. They got a late start

The first and only chapter in the manual for elected Republicans is titled: "We Don't Give A Shit About Constitutions and Rules". What the Ohio GOP did to try and prevent the will of the people from being expressed was despicable. I suppose they were emboldened by the radical and Ayatollah-like religious fringe.

couldn't find Ohio stats....I guess some posters did given their posts (please share). I found this. Does not support the irredeemability of men on this issue (which would be repped by a straight line)

The Democratic candidate is projected to win the Pennsylvania Supreme Court seat.

And here I thought you were a male poster. Turns out you're that sour-faced spinster who lives down the street.

A fetus is NOT a baby.

Clinton had it right: abortion should be safe, legal and (very) rare.

Although it's still too close to call it looks like the Democrats will increase their margin in the Virginia State Senate and flip the House of Delegates. Anecdotally based on campaign commercials the Democratic candidates focused almost entirely on abortion while the Republicans focused on crime with a few implying that Democrats support "males competing against girls in high school sports" (not actually an exact quote but close enough).
