Nick Sandmann loses his defamation case against CBS, ABC, NYT, etc.

My brain is so fried from culture war overload, I forgot what happened despite remembering the kid and that there was a controversy. I can only assume this means he is legally speaking, a racist now.

 

Did the kid try to talk to the media, though? It’s pretty common to see one sided stories when only one person is talking, but they often note something like “(otherside) was contacted but received no reply”. As long as it reported as Phillips version and his quotes, I don’t think they did anything wrong.
