This was interesting becasue all this in the video was before they knew the 31st pick and who it would be.
In case you missed it. Here is Ricky's combine videos. Ricky Pearsall Draft and Combine Prospect Profile | NFL.com
I did not see 1st round for Ricky, just cause of lack of hype; but I thought all the way back to guys like Wes Welker, Julian Edelman and thought Ricky would have similar production. And wouldn’t teams have drafted those guys higher if they had a do over back in their day? Then I saw his combine numbers, esp the 42” vertical! Hats off to the 49ers for seeing . So happy for a great Gator! Go Gators
The number 6 receiver taken in this deep, deep receiver draft is impressive, and he is impressive. Thank goodness we have EW3 still. I hope Tank and Abrams are quick reads like EW3 was as a freshman.
If I was running Chicago I would not have taken a QB with the first pick. If I did take one it would have been Daniels ahead of Williams.
Lynch knows what he’s doing. He doesn’t let media (who don’t know shit about football) influence him.
Lynch has had incredible success drafting but his trade up for Trey Lance might be one of the worst in history Imagine drafting so well that one of the worst draft day trades in history really doesn't even affect you
He's in the right system with Shanahan and Lynch... San Francisco is one team I need to see next season. Shanahan will know how to use Ricky.
Atlanta getting laughed at as the worst pick in NFL history. He'll be 30 before he sees the field and it doesn't fill any need at all.
If you have the type of quarterback that throws downfield jump balls 50% of the time, you need the Randy Moss type of receiver. If you have a quarterback that has pinpoint accuracy and timing, somebody like Pearsall will eat your lunch.
