You said he has good vision. I'm saying he has the BEST vision. Like X-Men vision. Not fire shooting out his eyes type vision, but close.
But some say I tend to exaggerate.

Jones, Lane, Kennedy or a true freshman as the primary point guard leaves me very uncomfortable.

There has got to be someone out there in the portal that can be a stabling influence, without having to be a top scorer (as long as he can hit his foul shots down the stretch)

There is no way that Lane will be the point guard...Golden will have another solution.

Now I get it. Correct me if I’m wrong, but you’re saying that even though his last name is Lane, he has Clark Kent vision, not Lois Lane vision.

I watched every single second of Gator basketball this season. I didn’t see real PG skills from Lane, but if I recall he made a few nice passes. Still not the same as having PG court vision. A good PG is seeing everything and oftentimes a few steps ahead of when they actually happen. Constantly scanning the court to look for exploitable opportunities… always has their head up while dribbling, crisp passes, master the pick and roll/pick and pop… there’s just so much nuance to the position. But, that doesn’t mean that a team can’t win with someone who isn’t a true PG, but I’m just hesitant to say he’s shown me he has shown me that kind of PG skill. I’d love to see it, though. With his size, strength, defense, and toughness he would be a beastly PG if his skills develop.

My favorite as well. I must have watched it 100+ times as a kid. Me and my cousins once watched Coming to America, The Lost Boys, and Bloodsport for an entire summer.

I haven't watched the 2nd one, saw some reviews and scared to view it. Ignorance is bliss.

Tongue-in-cheek comment on the kid's amazing vision. He can probably hear dog whistles, too.

Appleby has yet to take any visits. Makes me think he is leaning on coming back. We shall see.

Thanks for posting. Not discussed is bringing on another true freshman in Top 150 recruit from Dr. Phillips Riley Kugel. Also, offered by Auburn, Miami, Va Tech, Miss St. and Houston. Very althetic 6'6 sg and teammates with 1 of our other incoming freshman Aberdeen. Ranked 85 by ESPN.
